Family is the Main Ingredient

In large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut and brown sugar. In separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil and salt. Stir with whisk. Combine both mixtures and pour onto two sheet pans. Cook for 75 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color. Remove from oven and transfer to large bowl. Add fruit and mix until evenly distributed.
