Happy New Year!

There are two types of people – those who make New Year’s resolutions and those who don’t. If you’re not one to make resolutions, my guess is you think every day is a new day to start living better. And if you do tend to make resolutions, my guess is you work better when you’re working toward a specific goal.

But whether you do or you don’t make resolutions for the new year isn’t important. What is important is that you’re always trying each and every day to be a better version of yourself. In this issue, we focus on wellness and how wellness means different things to different people. In fact, it’s been said there are eight dimensions of wellness – social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, physical and financial.

From Giving Back with Mercy Community Healthcare to being Inspired By actress and singer Rita Wilson, from Renovating & Refining a bathroom with RSU Contractors to Spotlighting pediatrician Dr. Shetty, wellness is the theme interwoven throughout every one of these stories.

So may your 2020 be happy and fulfilling and full of wellness!

Warmly,

Maria Dinoia
