Happy New Year!

There are two types of people – those who make New Year’s resolutions and those who don’t. If you’re not one to make resolutions, my guess is you think every day is a new day to start living better. And if you do tend to make resolutions, my guess is you work better when you’re working toward a specific goal. 

But whether you do or you don’t make resolutions for the new year isn’t important. What is important is that you’re always trying each and every day to be a better version of yourself. In this issue, we focus on wellness and how wellness means different things to different people. In fact, it’s been said there are eight dimensions of wellness – social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, physical and financial.
