Franklin Jazz Artist Announces New Book

As a jazz recording artist, Debbie Cunningham has entertained couples with songs of love and romance for more than a decade. Married to her high school sweetheart for more than 30 years, she began writing songs about the journey and celebration of committed love, and her latest album, A Million Kisses, emerged. That writing led her to glean wisdom from married couples who had gone through hard circumstances and stayed together, providing hope for other couples in their journey. Thus her book Dancing in the Kitchen was born.

AILA Nail Polish Gives to SPD Foundation with ‘Five Senses’

Dr. Caroline Gannon, creator of the cruelty- and paraben-free AILA nail polish line, is giving back. Five Senses is a beautiful orchid color and is named for a disorder that affects many children: Sensory Processing Disorder. SPD is a neurological condition that prohibits the brain’s ability to translate senses into an appropriate behavioral response. We have five senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Kids with SPD receive sensation messages, but their brains cannot process the messages they receive. A percentage of proceeds from this color will go to the SPD Foundation.
